Been following this routine for the last 2 weeks, would like some critique and suggestions.
Phat routine
I workout in home gym with rack and FID bench, so I am limited by this
basic questions,
1. I want to add in dead lifts, can I swap the front squats on Day 2: Lower Body Power? or is having DL and squats on the same day going to be a shit move?
2. I want to add in basic bench press, can I swap out flat dumbbell press on Day 1: Upper Body Power?
3. Any reason not to swap out the spider curls for preacher curls?
4. Suggestions for an alternative to seated calf raises? (already doing standing) I dont have the machine and using BB or DB just doesn't work for me...
5. In regards to all the exercises, are the rep ranges practical?
6. Anything else that you can suggest?
