From a weightlifting point of view, it's a very high squat, a position that would qualify it to be called a power squat (as in power clean/power snatch).
The positive that I see in this video however is that unlike most of the "macho" lifters I see on YouTube who "lift" way more than 200kg, your eccentric move was highly (and I do mean highly) controlled. Well done Brendon...for actually lifting the weight.
" lower the body untill the top surfaceof the legs at the hip joint is lower than the top surface of the legs at the knee joint" the only way to be sure of this is at knee high level as per a side judge not via a camera held at 2 metres high,bare legs,just one other comment when compleating your squat get in the habit of locking it out and holding it for a few seconds i e waiting for the head judges rack call its not great to have a good squat red lighted due to the lifter racking before the call all the best
