Pain ointment of choice

Tiger balm or Thai boxing oil for me.

Both really do fuck all, good to warm the body up on a cold day before training but.

Just need to be carfeull not to rub your eyes or balls.

Ive done both plenty of times. Not fun

Yeah rapid gel. Say its for horses and everyone thinks its a wonder cure. Have a look at the active ingredients, nothing special.

Had plenty of people tell me about it, tried it, didn't notice anything at all.

Did you try it on your knees?
If you did, that doesn't count haha

I don't really get sore or DOMS at all. For aches and pains though naproxen is second to none. Sometimes it's nice to rub in a gel though, feels pretty good and gets it warm. The horse shit is great for that. Just be sure to not get the one with selenium in it, a horse needs far more selenium than a person and an equine dose would probably kill you or fuck your shit up. I've never tried that shit though and I don't really want to. Selenium overdose seems like pretty fucking serious business along with vitamin k overdose lol

If you don't mind the taste or eating soy protein isolate (I don't want anything to do with soy personally) then you can also get really fucking cheap horse weight gainer which is essentially ground oats + soy protein. You'll want to mix it with a massive amount of flavouring though. I found using it as a filler for whey worked best. Like 50/50 mix
