I agree with the kunce 100% I live my whole life inline with this theory, and it works for me.
Anything less and I feel like shmuck, look like a shmuck and eventually will end up acting like one, fuck that!
 
I just reckon too many kunce talk the talk but don't walk the walk. But then again most of these put in a few months and then disappear...
 
Being well prepared definitely helps with performance at the gym. Spending time doing mobility work to free up the joints, good well fitting clothes that won't split wide open mid-squat, mentally going through what needs to be done, and packing fresh lube and frangas in case I hit it up.. all essential ingredients to success.

One thing I haven't tried is music selection. I am at the mercy of my gym manager who seems rather fond of tunes by taylor swift tart and that adriana grande diva. Would it be more helpful if I brought the ipod and played their music on my dr beats instead??
