Hey guys
I'm new on here, I have been lifting moderatly for about 3 years and thought it might be a good idea now that I live in port hedland and have a home gym so i dont get the gym atmospere anymore.
Height 6"
weight 88kg
looking to be 85-90kg and 10% body fat
about 15-20% now so any advice would be great

What are your lifts like? Gained/loss weight over the 3 years etc

Lifts have flattened out over the last year due to moving and work commitments taking their toll on my gym time but i was about 80kgs 3 years ago. I now bench my sets at 90-100kgs 1rm 110-115kgs
squat 80kgs and deadlift the same, I have only been doing squats and dead lifts for about 6 months

do PTC beginner program.

Eat properly and you will make good gains.

Welcome

For reps?

At your BW after 6 months you should be 10 repping that weight on squats, and 20 repping it for deadlifts at an absolute bare minimum.

Adding mass to your lower half will help with the BF levels.
