Ive starting training heavier because i have come into some better equipment and some spotters(so not benching alone now). I do about 6 sets of around 62kg to failure on bench( i weigh 62kg) plus dumbell flies, dips, arm curls, bentover rows, crunches and soon access to a pull up bar. Is it better to train MON WED FRI or MON and FRI for better muscle recovery?

I feel like a broken record here but put down some money on Rippetoe's books Starting Strength and Practical Programming - well worth the money and will teach you a lot about form, exercises, programming and equipment.
Unless that 62kg bench is more than your bodyweight, you need to build up your overall strength and fitness using your bodyweight first. For example...
