Need some equipment

Some have suggested lever belts but I find them a pain in the arse. I like single prong better as I can vary by up to three different notches in my belt during the week. If I had a lever belt i would be having to adjust it all the time.

Also get 10mm not 13.

If you vary up to 3 notches there is something funny going on.
Do you eat your weeks worth of food on a Monday then starve yourself for the rest of the week or something

Nothing funny going on hamburg just natural fluctuations in weight, time of day and clothes I'm wearing when lifting.

Running with the power-lifters now?

i have a lever belt and have only needed to tighten it once since i lost a little bf.

OK I PM'd fuzzy about my needs, hope he gets back soon. Still have another $250 I can spend though lol

Any suggestions?

Save your money.
+1
dont need anything else, only thing i might suggest is knee sleeves, i got some from titan last sunday (was competing) and u can tell the difference with having warm knees. they feel a little weird at first but by the time i had warmed up they felt nice.

if your building a garage gym put it towards something useful like kettlebells or extra weights

I think kettlebells are one of the least useful things you can buy. They are very limited and way down on the list of things I would get.

Save for a good bar, rack and weights.

I completely dissagree.

KB are one of the most versatile training tools around.
I can fix people's squats. I can fix peoples deadlifts. I can improve somebodys cardio fitness. I can punish people with them. I can train groups with them.
KBs are awesome.

Oni - I'd get some vouchers for the butchers. You already have more stuff than you are ready for, spent the rest on food/supps/hookers.

They are very gimmicky. They don't do much you couldnt do with a bar or dumbbells. Not to mention they are not adjustable so getting a set is so fucking expensive compared to dumbbells or a bar. Very poor value for money.

ohhhh the dreaded KB... when i used to train at PTC frankston, markos had me feeling sick many times with his stupid UDL's lol but yes, they would probably be the most versatile piece's of equipment u could get.
