Need a program for strength training

Does anyone know someone I can pay to write a program for strength training. Yes there are fitness advisors at my gym who can write a program for free, but I want someone with decent experience in this area.
I don't plan to compete in powerlifting or anything like that, just think of me as someone who wants to train about 5 days a week & prefers strength over muscle size.

I am based in Melbourne

If you go to a decent powerlifting forum I'm sure there's guys who can advise you on a good program like Westside or Sheiko.
I don't want to post links to rival forums but PM me if you want details.
