Need a diet for myself

I need to get a diet for bodybuilding, as i dont eat no where near enough. Also as i have said in my introduction post i cant cook or warm any thing up at work, As i work on new housing.

Any help would be great

Have you looked at any of the sticky threads on diet?

What are your stats and goals?

I am too lazy to follow the link if you have written them in there lol
