hay all just thort id put my diet up and see what ppl think and if theres anythink u think i should change add/take out
my aim building muscle and tone a bit
i go to the gym 3-4 times a week
boxing once a week
and walk 30mins each gym day
plus am active at work
morning
protein shake w/water
wholegrain oats/ low fat yogurt
mid morning
100g tuna in bring
1 to 2 boiled eggs
wholegran roll w/jam
lunch
tuna or turkey sandwich w/grain
bannana
protein shake
mid arvo
whole chicken breast
handfull off cashews
protein shake/5ml mono creatine
dinner
what ever mum cooks usally red meat w/vegies/rice
before bed
20g casein protein w/water
+ on training days
n-o xplode
extra protein shake straight after training(40g)
plz keep in mind im on an aprentice wage and im still at home so cant really just caiter for myself
