Hey, I'm no pro but its not bad. Few probs though:
1. WAAAY too many exercises - you could halve that
2. Exercise order - technical exercises (eg olympic lifts) first, if you dont do these, squats first
3. rep range isnt good - all lifts should be worked in a 5 range for continual progress and pull ups tend to respond better in a 10-15 range.
You should pick up a copy of starting strength and practical programming, they're a really good place to start. Also be willing to put down some money at first on lifting shoes, chalk and maybe a session at your local crossfit to learn how to clean. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.
