i have been training for a while now and havent really seen a big difference in muscle growth but i have seen a difference in strength.

currently i'm benching around 70kg where as before i was s benching 40-50kg.

can anyone give any tips on getting the muscle bigger?
 
How long have you been training for?
Is your nutrition good?
muscle building is a combination of training and nutrition
 
I have been training for about 3months properly. MY nutrition is good some days and bad some days. I am working on having a proper meal plan.
