What do you prefer?
A morning weight workout or an evening weight workout?
I usually only do cardio at 6am and my weight workouts in the evening, but today I hit chest at 6am, and feel really good. I was a little weaker, but I figured that would happen.
The reason for the change is because I am remodeling a house and have to do some work tonight, so I always make sure to get my workouts in.
