Monthly Challenges

Shrek

Fucked up Kunce
Good Evening,
As you all know a few members inlcuding myself have been torturing ourselves with the July Calf Challenge
Xwifex and KFG discussed the possibility of having a monthly challenge every month.
Well what a great idea.
So let's throw up some ideas.

Mine is 20 reps squats every day with a weekly increase of 5kg.

So, for example

Week 1 - 20x 60kg
Week 2 - 20 x 65
Week 3 - 20 x 70
Week 4 - 20 x 75

Ok, throw up some ideas. :D

For a month?

Monthly challenge - avoid working out for a month. It'll be tough, you get the itch to get back into it. THen compare how much it hurts first session back.
