Made by Mark Gair of Precision Strength Equipment. Tested up to 400kg.
Bolts in like a regular J hook but has levers that are counter weighted so that when you unrack (squat or bench) the levers move out of the way and you can perform the movement as you normally would in a monolift. I bought this specifically for this rack as it is the wider version and as many will know is quite difficult to walk out heavy weights with minimal room either side of the bar bell. I've been injured since owning it so have only used it a few times for bench up to 60kg LOL.

Cost me $400 and is as new. Selling for $300. (much cheaper than a mono lift
