It's not a race, one kg at a time one rep at a times
I know its not a race but somethings up when my regular bench goes down by 30kg. and i'm even struggling on that. Squats aren't too bad its mostly just my bench, i think i did something by accident to put me off and since then i can't lift anymore :S
I always wonder about that. If I stall and go backwards, sure its a knock on the ego, but nothing like thinking that I have lost some muscle somewhere and trying to work out what the cause of it is.
I havnt really got time
But, over what period of days or weeks are we talkin bout here?
You are either lifting too often
Not eating enough
Not SLEEPING enough
Or sick
take 3 days off.............And consume heaps of wholesome food and water, lots of water. It will help rid the body of toxins and rehydrate/rest your tired old body LOL.
srs, its what I do

Trent's been in your ear again.. I fear there is no return for you.and eat $1 Cheeseburgers
Last night I struggled to do my whole workout. Squats were OK but everything else was just hard! Last week I benched 42.5 x 5, last night I went down to 40kg x 3.....
So today I rested and ate shitloads ready for tomorrow's workout.
It happens, it is off putting and demotivating but we can't be machines 100% of the time. Off weeks remind us to rest, get some good deep sleep, and eat $1 Cheeseburgers
You going to the bench comp or workshop?
Nothing wrong with having a break or backing off, mind and body will be thankful x
