DailyMail, RadarOnline and Barstool Sports are reporting that Michael Phelps’ girlfriend Taylor Lianne Chandler has made a shocking admission.

Taylor, who is 12 years older than Phelps, told RadarOnline in an exclusive interview that she was born David Roy Fitch. As a teenager, Chandler decided to change her name to Paige Victoria Whitney and underwent surgery “to become the woman she always dreamed of being.”
