There is speculation that his heart issue/condition was bought on by years of heavy steroid use :/

He was so young still. Its really terrible to see such amazing talent leave the world way too soon.
 
A terrible shame. I always enjoyed Michael's acting and the presence he gave to his roles; he will be missed.
 
Yeah he was fantastic. I'd be curious to know how many years he was on the gear for. Guy was large and incharge, and a great actor.
