"Melanotan"

I would have a look at anyone with a deep tan + tattoos and see how it looks on them. I wouldn't have a clue how it would affect tattoos, but if i were to guess, I'd say (guessing) it wouldn't affect them.
 
Shouldnt effect the tattoo in anyway as it is ink, melanotan effects the pigmenation of your skin making it dark, so if anything it may make the tattoo appear darker and not as vibrant due to the skin behind and around it being darker.
