Bought some chicken wings and pieces today in marinate, packet says:
Contents:
4 servings 150g per serving
1.531kg net weight
OK don't have to be a mathematician to realise 4 lots of 150g = 600g = 0.6kg which is way less than 1.531kg. Are they subtracting the bone weight or something?
To work out the calories I just took the nutrients per 100g and multiplied it by 15.31. Sound ok? Sad times, means the packet had about 2600 calories in those 1.5kg of chicken + sauce.
