Mass gainer

Ok, you're a young dude, that's skinny and eating like a bastard, but still not getting bigger, you're doing all the right stuff in the gym, but you want to add a mass gaining supplement.

What are you going to produce?
Needs to be tasty for you, easy to drink.

Mine.

Half a bottle of *Elgaar full cream bio milk
Two scoops of Dave Drapers chocolate blend
Two desert spoons of vanilla ice cream
Two dollops of cream
Coconut milk optional
Hershey's choc syrup to taste
Add more milk as necessary.

*elgaar, just because it tastes good.
 
Camembert is pretty much the ideal post workout snack
Just needs some simple sugars, don't need to tell people how to do that though!

When I 1st started training I used to have 2 of these sort of shakes aday -

- a few scoops of protein
- Milk - 300-400ml
- fruit/bananas are good
- choc sauce
- Peanut butter
- honey
- oats
- almond oil

+ a Litre of full fat milk before bed

Then - sandwichs filled with deli meat, fruit, pasta, chicken, steak, potatos, rice, veggies

Does that mean that you used these sorts of shakes to get to your current size, but a combination of you looking more to maintain (and therefore your cals being lower) and your metabolism having slowed since you were 16, you don't need them? This might not be true - I'm just curious.
 
Worse advice I ever received was eat everything in sight.

Didn't get me anywhere also
Mum's food got me from 50-65kg
AusBB see-food diet got me up to 70 over 2 years
2 months real diet and I am above 75kg when carb loaded
