last time i checked frames where the most important
*braces self for massive argument over which trade is the most important*
No argument. The people that pay you lazy tradies to do fuck all for 3/4 of the day are the most important.
Had blokes here building and installing a new shed and equipment. Never seen people stand around so much. Could have done their days work in about 2 hours if they actually did something. Not to mention knock off at about 2pm on Fridays. The tuff life of a tradie. Lol.
Haha bazza
I'm a sparky too mate. Here's what I do (meal wise)
Forget about the microwave if you can't get to one regularly.
I buy 2.3 kgs of chicken breast. Cook it all up on the grill on Sundays. Divide it up into 100g portions and put in little lunch boxes. Put them in the freezer. The night before get one or two out so they are thawed for lunch/breaks the next day. Pack a couple of apples and a thermos of something to drink.
You only need to sort out food once a week this way. Healthy and stress free and a lot cheaper than buying your food.
You can make a week worth of sandwiches the same way.

This will save you a good $50 a week at least too. Keep in a small esky with ice brick!!
i reckon you should man up and eat it cold lol. i'm an electrician like you and i prepare my food the night before like rice and chicken or fish and leave it in the fridge until i leave the following morning and eat it as is at lunch time.

electric fry pan, gas cookers??? we don't have time to sit and cook lunch lol. By the time its lunch time, the food isn't that cold anyway. I've had cold spaghetti and lasagne for lunch, its not bad. Come to think of it, I've been an electrician for almost 14 years and have never heated my lunch up once. Mind you I make tuna sandwiches once in a while.
