over 2 years i droped 60kg then bulked 20 and cut down 15 and now sitting at 93kg but my only problem is lower stomach due to the amount i use to weigh 140kg the skin is stretched and and slightly hangs .
my question is whats the best way to tighten to skin around the lower stomach area and the best way to go about it. ( i know i 100% cant fix it but id like to help it )
