Hey guys, ever since squatting past 100kg for reps (from last week), every time i squat im feeling a lot of strain in the lower back.today i could hardly do the rest of my workout (i do squats second after pullups) after finishing squats because of the strain from bending down. do you think im doing too much of a goodmorning when i squat from first impressions, or do you think my lower back is just weak? i may post a vid on thurs, when i get a friend to film it. deadlift max is 150kg, squat is 102.5 for 10
