Lower back injury

The only thing I can add to this discussion.

You can have many injuries throughout your training career but only so many recoveries.

Actions verify priorities, if you train with safety as your priority you'll be able to train much longer with a better quality of life.

Lazy I was out for over 6 months, I had to totally relearn to squat and I needed to do a lot of core work and stretching. I'm not a physio but depending on severity I would say a minimum of 8 weeks. You need to first get the muscles to relax then you need to ensure you will not agravate the injury again with poor form etc.

Judging by your posts your technique is poor and your core is weak, thats a great way to an injury.
