lol whatever, doesnt take away from the info i posted, everyone ran PHs when they were allowed in natty feds, if they banned creatine tomorrow would that make anyone who was taking it before that un-natty aswell?

not a great example ill admit but u get the point, if they change the ruling on whats banned and whats not, i don't see how you can condemn someone for taking something that was legal at the time, just because it is currently banned, besides 3 weeks of Sdrol isnt going to equate to a huge amount of gain taking 10 years of training into account
You're not natural if you take creatine
Creatine works in the exact same way as anavar, although anavar makes you naturally increase levels of creatine phosphate where as eating creatine artificially raises it - making it arguably less natural than anavar
You can not logically support the use of creatine in bodybuilding and be against anavar use at the same time
ive personally never cared about someones natty status/how natty they really are, ive just found that those that compete in natural federations, typically have alot more to offer information wise than those who compete in untested feds, drugs seem to confuse people into thinking that the gains they are making are due to some training or diet protocol, rather than the fact that the amount of test they are on can be weighed on a kitchen scale
