Pura (light start) yellow label , its available in almost all servos ,delis and supermarkets here in perth. Pura have one called (tone) real light blue label , im sure its got like 0.25g of fat per serv ,witch is only 2g of fat per 2 liters, for the same 80g of protein and 3200kjs per 2 liter serv but when im bulking i dont mind the extra fat, it makes the milk taste,,,,,,,well more like milk,lol.
If your serious about gaining weight start eating at least 6 meals throughout the day. Also consume plenty of carbs (e.g pasta, potatoes etc..). Combine this with around 2g of protein per kg of body weight and weights training and you'll be gold!
p.s while your training make sure you use correct technique, if it means going lighter then do it. You will have better gains.
