Looking for a gym partner in Melbourne Victoria in either the Syndal Fitness First gym or the Melbourne Central Gym. I have been training for 5 years but I have stopped for around 4 months and is planning to get back into it.
Specifically looking for someone who has experience in weight lifting (so knows how to spot properly etc...) previously, with around the same weight class (90~100kg), motivated and prepared to comit up to the end of February 2009. Going to be starting 3 times a week Monday (upper) Wednesday (lower) Friday (upper) then the following (lower) etc.
Just like to emphasize that I am looking for someone who will not pull out in the middle but are able and willing to comit to at least two months of training three times a week who has had experience in weight lifting.
