morning everyone Tempo here to wake you all up with some questions for the morning
I have a set of barbell, and dumbbells that my dad go for me from "work" i think that he is dropping some hints, i'm after some exercises that will work out my calves, hamstrings, glutes and quads using just the above equipment. At the moment I'm doing squats.
