Squats. Front squats. Zercher squats. Split squats. Box squats. Jump squats.
GHR's.

Don't avoid squatting ;).

One of my favourite exercises.
Maybe don't snap your knee back like this guy though.
I've done them free weight, but once the weight gets heavier go to the smith machine.
What are your goals?

Static Lunges, Traveling Lunges (thrust the knee up to parallel and the foot straight up to your arse as you take each step), Step Ups, Bulgarian Split Squats...

Calf Raise?
