The last couple of weeks have really started to lift heavier,i have pain in my left elbow very noticeable when i stretch my arm.Also when i do dumbell arm curls.
I have been doing skullcrushers and ever since i have been doing them i have had the pain.
Sometimes with the pain i cannot lift as much as i like.....
Also dont know if its related but also mid way through a sesh my forearms get really pumped not cramped but very big and hard try to stretch them out etc.Only affected when doing incline dumbells i use weights from 37.5KG to 50kg....
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.cheers
