im trying to cut at the moment i have changed my diet to a mainly protein diet and most of my carbs for breakfest and morning smoko, after my weights i do 25-30 relativly fast walking(3-4 times aweek) then boxing 1 night which is pritty full on cardio. i was told not to run tho as it can use energy from muscles or something?? and was told to just walk. what are ur thorts on ths? cheers
