Knee pain

after my last leg day I started having a little bit of pain in my left knee. wasn't anything of great pain it's just like a small pin price type pain . I think i put on a wrap it might go away, but don't know if that's the best thing to do.

It wasn't a muscle pain, which is what bothers me. Anybody else had this problem and what did you do about it.

my first reaction was to reduce weight and increase reps

When your knee starts to hurt, the only thing you can do is lay off it for awhile. It's the best way for it to heal. You can try cardio that has no impact such as an elliptical or cross trainer.
