Ingredients
1kg kangaroo mince
2 onions
250g tomato paste
3 cans kidney beans
1 can 4 beans mix
3 cans diced tomatoes
100g almonds
1kg mixed vegetables
2 tspn garlic paste
chilli powder
cumin
coriander
oregano
Method
Cook onion in oil for 5mins until loose.
Add Kangaroo and leave for another 5mins. Break up mince.
Add spices and garlic paste and mix through.
When Kangaroo is looking browish add all the other ingredients. Set heat to low and leave to simmer for 20mins.
The photo is before the mixed vegetables were added.
Stats for 8 serves

I cooked it up in 2 pans. Total was 8 BIG serves. I am just eating first one now and I am having 2/3rds of a serve now and 1/3 later.
If you had it with rice/quinoa I reckon there is about 20 serves
