Is it ok for a 15 years old to start upweight-training? I have been told that that starting weight training at my age can stunt my growth something about fusing my bones
What kind of exercises should I do?
 
Weight's don't inhibit growth that's just a myth. Weight training is fine for young people like yourself,as long as you use the correct form and technique you should be fine. Start off using light weight focusing on getting the exercise right

follow some of the vids listed around ausbb to pick up form for various exercises
