Played with my kids in the park even though I have patella tendinitis, had to change my running style, hopefully don't stuff something else up :)

new job which appears good
shoulder improving was able to have first chest workout in 4 weeks
booked in date for braces, have been wanting them for years
 
End of 12 week challenge..

18.4kg lost in 12 weeks... BF from 40% to 29%

Well done!

I deadlifted up to 90% for a single and didn't break. And did a lot of light weight squats and also didn't break.

Yay for not breaking! (any further)
