Oh and gym got new cable row attachment which is awesome!
 
Polished boots, looking flash as. New handle on old block splitter, slashed a heap of weeds. Knee and ribs still giving me grief though so I haven't lifted for 3 weeks now :(
 
Bought a new (actually slightly used) pump action shotgun. Now have every category of firearm except "D" but I'm working on that.
 
avg weight down 600g
avg cals 3070
waist same at 77.5cm (equal low)
ab calipers same at 5.9mm (equal low)

Used my prowler for the first time. Didn't spew.
 
For trip down to the coast house - for the warmer weather - already planning on going this weekend aswell - yeaaa buddy!

Just need to get through 3 days of work....lots of caffeine me thinks....
