it is Sunday. Tell us your Victory this week.

Perseverance. On Thursday, I was doing 10x3 bench press, but once the 7th set was done, I knew I wasn't going to get an 8th, 9th or 10th triple out. I was going to stop, but then opted to be less of a pussy than that, and get my last 3 sets in 4's with 5kg less. That was a nice success. I also accumulated 88 pull ups throughout the session.
 
Thats a lot of pullups.

Crazy up and down week. Well more accurately, up, down, then right up!

Had a huge win in Rugby - 72-5, had a great weekend away with the gf down the coast, ate a shit load, still managed 3 hours of cardio over the last 2 days.
 
Serviced the KTM on Sunday. Did the whole lot, oil, filters, new chain, sprockets, tyres, grips and sticker kit. :)
Now have black stains under my fingernails. :(
