increased cals again and still losing weight on the gut
Equalled PB for BW squats at 85kgx55 (but high bar and no belt)
Form felt much better bench pressing this week and no where near as weak
Finished week of experiment with no deadlifts (back exercises pullups, levers, seated row only) Back feels a "tiny" bit better than the week before that included deadlifts.
Had 12 hours sleep last night to finally catch up!
