it is Sunday. Tell us your Victory this week.

Told my son to take the ball off the opposition and the look on his face changed completely. Usually very timid but it resulted in his team with the ball and the boy who had it on the ground.

I told him to check the kid was OK, I don't want him to go full retard, but I was pretty pleased to see him come out of his shell.
 
Managed to take an extra day off training, felt my body needed it. Was very reluctant but as my gym is outside, the weather in Sydney helped make the decision easy. It was very cold.
 
took the boy fishing for the first time, he really enjoyed it for a while before getting bored, but on the up side he is still keen to go again.
 
Increased cals to slow weight loss. Still losing nice and slowly now. Did squats and deadlifts during the week (not too heavy) and thoracic spine didn't hate me for it.

Completed all planned training sessions. Had a bit more rest when required during the week. (listening to body!)
