Still unable to train but used my extra time to make a range of chocolates and I'm pretty happy with the results.

My back feels heaps better although my hip joint is still painful. Rest has paid off in part. Hoping for good progress result tomorrow and starting to train again this week.
Dropped weight. Not usually considered a win for me, but if it's fat then YAY and hopefully I get to eat more this week LOL
No victory for me, fell off the wagon on Thursday and just climbing back on it today.
So much for revising my lifestyle, trained arms and rode 60kms on Sat, hungover to the max.

I managed 5 good diet days out of 7.
I went to a baby shower which started at lunchtime, thought thered be good food there. Was all larger women who brought cake and lollies along.....
