Did 8 chins with 25kg added. Not a nice whole number but an actual PB on chins I havent had in ages. My numbers are finally going up.... As a result of gradually increasing workout volume and calories, I think.
Saturday: Went and bought a box of 1 dollar leather gloves from SCA, shopped around for a new Vacuum cleaner, checked out Rays Outdoors and BCF for the first time.
Sunday: Cooked up a heap of breakfast wraps, a tortilla with a poached egg, some bacon, spinach and some holiday sauce in it then sandwich pressed the bitches. They were nice.
