Survived Saturday night and came home wearing both shoes this time.
Thought it was a solid effort.
 
Nailed my firearms practical without getting shot by the other students.

Got today's workout done by 0730 (is that last week or this week?) Then installed some retic solenoids I've had for years (I honestly don't know how many years).
 
Got harassed at the local store by a group of abbos. Kept my cool, made a phone call, a few minutes later a white van and a few armed men in blue escort a couple of them away. I would have preferred to sort a few out myself but murder is illegal etc UGH
 
did first proper session of deadlifts in two years, albeit on just 100kg.


The start of a year which will culminate in a good push/pull in December.
 
1) Added 5 kilos to my bench press, up to 70 kilos now. Not a lot but it is improving.
2) Made some killer Vanilla Slice that apparently is to die for.
 
I had a great arm workout

50kg barbell curls
22.5 kg dumbell curls
80kg close grip bench
full stack + 10kg pushdowns

Not allot, but broke some pb's
