Over the years I cycle between Full Body, Lower/Upper and a 3 Day Split
Regardless of what I do, Monday usually has Squats in there.

Squats Mondays Kunce... Every other Kunce is looking for a bench I've got the squat rack all to myself :D

Err days a chest / arms day in most gyms these days innit?

No kunt legs... Gonna be some impressive looking light-bulbs this summer.

That's one thing I hated about going to the gym starting Mondays everybody had to do chest... There was this one guy I saw, he had no bench or rack so he did chest on a Yoga Ball hahahaha

everyone in the gym seemed to be doing biceps today. sux cus so was I

I was sitting there watching the same thing.

And got to thinking that, it's quite a good exercise, a whole body one, the kids need to do it, gives em confidence.
