Fuck man id need a written book to keep up with that routine,
if you doing that much work your not lifting heavy enough - Sure i can do 500 reps with a 1kg barbell.... taking maybe 20 minutes.... OR i can slap on 50kg and push out 10 of the pricks until i feel like im going to pass out...
