Another great result with an anabolic diet - confirmation it works given the clips.

Reading about carb back loading at the moment, looks really good but challenging if your work hours are long.

Anyone got experience with this style of carb cycling? Do you overeat on your carb up day? Do you go super strict like no tomato, onion etc?

I just started low carbs (keto) three days then my 4th ill include quinoa or sweet potato with my first 3 four meals while still going clean but limiting fats.
 
For natural and 6 ft 2 he got to 126 kgs that's a monster. He died of a heart problem this year unfortunately.
 
He doesn't claim to be a powerlifter. Every time I've seen bodybuilders doing squats it's always been half reps.

Whatever he's doing he's doing what's right for him.
 
6,2 and 126 is like 5,7 and 90 its possible Hes got a video on how tall gluts should train for all u giraffe ****s lol
