Am on my last week of holidays from work. Don't worry, I won't be around as much from next week onwards.
I find this board inspiring. I've come a long way, but want to start lifting, building some lean muscle mass back and lose the remainder of my weight, as well as changing my body shape and toning up.
Am sourcing a gym - in the meantime, keeping up the cardio, lunges, squats and interval training that I do on my own. This was purely for weightloss mind you. The game plan is to extend myself.
