Just a heads us for anyone that interested, Insight is having a special on bodybuilding and roids tomorrow night at 8:30 on SBS.

tuesday night 28th, i think 8:30pm on SBS Insight will be on weight lifting, etc... looks interesting!

I noticed "muscle tv" has been showing on TV4? is it? CHannel 74 in sydney.

though you can watch any ep on their website...
 
I thought you'd be above all that shit, Joel? A 30 min ep comprises 20 mins of Supp ads and 10 mins of LOL-worthy broscience.
