I emailed customs to see whether or not I would be able to import some m-drol because it's legal in America so I thought I'd give it a shot. This is their reply:

Thank you for your email enquiry.

Under personal importation provisions, an individual may bring certain unapproved therapeutic goods into Australia on their person, or arrange from within Australia for therapeutic goods to be sent to them from an overseas supplier. The goods must be intended for use by the importing individual or a member of his/her immediate family and are not to be sold or supplied to another person. An individual may import three months supply per import and no more than fifteen months supply per twelve-month period.

However, certain substances cannot be imported under personal importation unless an import permit has been obtained from the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). These include substances that are prohibited under Customs legislation, injectable drugs that contain material of human or animal origin (except insulin), and products that contain substances derived from endangered species.

Does that kind of sound like m-drol would be okay to import if it was only like one bottle to be used by myself only?

It's a lottery if you try, I do know of some who have got it in and some who haven't.

They won't give you a straight answer just a link to their web page.

You will get a nasty letter summoning you to court but this usually doesn't happen on the first seizure unless it's a big one. (traficking). After the 3rd letter then you may be in trouble, probably a hefty fine.
 
Any idea of a good site to order off of? It's not illegal at all in America so I'm guessing there would be lots of legit sites out there selling m-drol.

Yeah but I'll give it a shot. One little bottle is all (90 tabs). $58 AUD incl shipping, even if they do cease it, it's not too much of a loss. From the sounds of it I don't think there would be much problems in the way of fines etc... And besides I did ask them straight out if it was okay for me to import it, and they gave me a round about answer that pretty much said it should be okay. So at least I've got that on my side if there is a problem down the track (though I know it probably won't count for much).

Sure it's still a risk. But I might as well give it a shot.

But this is where you are mistaken. Customs doesn''t make the rules The TGA does, Customs just enforces them. It's the TGA you should've e-mailed not Customs. This is why they gave you the TGA link.
E-mail TGA and then see what response you get.
 
I just thought you might know this Shrek it's got nothing to do with importing pro-hormones, but a few months ago the TGA were sued for 50 million dollars for closing down Pan-Pharmaceuticals.

M-Drol is one of the strongest pro-hormones, most guys i know have gotten itchy/puffy nipples and in some cases gyno with as little as 20mg a day. thats 2 tabs. If you are going to use this make sure you do your reseach. Dont go for a more is better mentality. Start with 10mg per day then go up to 20mg. I would not exceed 40mg per day. Proper PCT and a cycle support, think milk thistle etc.

I know all about the Pan fiasco, but he TGA does a good job they are kkeping shit like this out of our bodies. I'd much rather take testosterone injections that these crappy PH which do more harm than good.

Amen to that, i would suggest many years of training and good nutrition before considering a PH. The TGA do do a splendid job, if all these compounds were legal you can just imagine what some of the younger trainers would do. I only did my short PH cycles after 15 years of training and good eating. Knowledege is everything in this business. I am also 37, so testosterone is not in an abundance at my age.

I am not advocating taking PH, that is a personal decision but they were wrong, 50 million dollar payout my friend the goverment does not pay that kind of money if they were right.

And do you really know what the reason is

Pan Pharmaceuticals were the biggest distributors of health products, {at the time} the reason they wanted it shut down is because they were threat to the Pharmaceutical industry.

And the product that was recalled was travelcalm, this product was an over the counter medicine, but the TGA in their wisdom also took away their supplements aswell which presented no risk at all.

As matter of fact it was class one recall which means someone could have died from taking supps.

Now that my friend is a complete joke :D

And the Judge thought so aswell.

But anyway their are distributors who import via New Zealand and are protected by the Trans Tasman treaty.

You can still import via New Zealand, and the product does not need to be registered.

The Tga are trying thier best to change thier laws, but the New Zealand goverment does not want any part of it.

Ask yourself Why ???
 
AEK you are going off on a different tangent here. yes the TGA may havover reacted in the Pan case but at the time they thought it was the right thing to do (better to be safe that sorry yeah?). as far as importing PH these products have no real testing done on them so they are illegal until proven safe not vise versa like the FDA allows. Good on the TGA for taking a tough stance against these poisons.

If people don't want to take PH that's fine i am not arguing for that.

All products that are in pill form need to be registered they need to have an Austl number on the bottom of the bottle right.

So it does not matter what the product is, it could be Vitamin a tabs or L-Arginine tabs it does not matter. Even though they are completely safe right.

Now to get an Austl number on the bottle the product needs to be made to pharmaceutical standard.

Now to get this standard it costs well over 100.000 dollars to get it done which forces small buisnesses to go broke, as matter of fact it's set up to discourage anyone from bringing or manufactering supps because of thease made up laws.

Which incendently are made by the Pharmaceutical industry, they are trying to control the supplement industry because we have no voice in parliament, and no-one supporting the suplement industry thaty has some big bucks behind them.

So products like 6 oxo, Novedex, from Gaspari are infact illegal and i am preety sure you guys have used their products right.

Now do you understand where i am coming from !

I hear what you are saying, after looking into m-drol a bit more I'm really starting to think that it's not worth the side effects.

Epistane seems like a pretty nice choice, with it's anti-e effects. But still like you said, test injections would be way safer, much less stress on the liver.

But I'll see how I go with it. Still not sure what I'll do.
