Okay so I've been lazy. I haven't trained in months, I haven't eaten right in months. And I've gone from 82kg of lean muscle down to 76kg. Pretty shit, but hey I'm back in the game now and I'm gonna get back up there again. I've joined the gym again, and I'm starting to eat right.

Just wondering if it will be easier to get back to 82kg seeing as how I've been there before?

Muscle memory is an amazing thing.

Now stop telling everyone about it and get your a$$ to the squat rack!

Dude I already worked my ass off today, and I'm about to grab my 7th meal. I'm gonna hit this hard lol. After my 2nd dinner I'm going to work shoulders too tonight haha.

Saw a mate at uni today who was 79kg last time I'd seen him, and I was 80kg. Now I'm 76kg and he is 82.5kg. It was a huge kick in the teeth, and a big reminder of what I've lost.

What was the reason for the break Tim? Just plain old laziness?

I couldn't afford enough food for a while, plus exams, plus no gym member ship and just trying to work out at home didn't work for me.

But that started it, laziness continued the break for another 2 months.
